President and CEO Steven Martin Joins Dementia Alliance of NC Board of Directors

Raleigh, NC, July 23, 2024 – President and CEO Steven Martin, MHA, CPHQ, FACHE, of Constellation Quality Health has joined the Dementia Alliance of North Carolina’s Board of Directors. The Dementia Alliance is a longtime trusted partner of Constellation, working together and with additional partners at all levels within communities to bring attention to the needs of patients and families faced with dementia and chronic diseases.

“Joining the Dementia Alliance of NC board means engaging and connecting with individuals and families affected by this disease and making a tangible difference to improve care experiences,” said Martin. “I am honored to join The Dementia Alliance of NC’s board and to begin building support for this cause on a greater level.”

The Dementia Alliance of North Carolina provides personal, individualized support to thousands of families from across the state through an intentional model of support – one caregiver, one individual, and one interaction at a time. They offer programs of CARE – Comfort, Assistance, Resources and Education – to individuals and families living with dementia.
